Welcome to EKliPS: The Estonian Society of Clinical Pharmacists

The Estonian Society of Clinical Pharmacists (EKliPS) was officially established on June 18, 2025, in Tartu.

EKliPS is committed to advancing the practice and recognition of clinical pharmacy in Estonia.

The founding members are Stig Benstöm, Kairi Marlen Antoniak, Liisa Jõhvik, Jana Lass, Marika Saar, Laura Orav.

The core goals of EKliPS are focused on professional excellence and integration within the healthcare system:

• Ensuring professional development and competence.

• Strengthening the role of the clinical pharmacist in the healthcare system and society.

• Advocating for the functioning of the Society and the interests of its members.

The current Board of the Estonian Society of Clinical Pharmacists comprises:

Liisa Jõhvik (Tartu University Hospital)

Laura Orav (Tallinn Children's Hospital, North Estonia Medical Centre)

Stig Benström (South Estonia Hospital, Estonian Defence Forces)
